Proposed Two Storey Side and Single Storey Rear Extensions

The project provided a new integrated garage, utility room and ground floor WC as well as providing a large kitchen/living space at the rear looking out into the garden through large sliding folding door, windows and large lantern rooflight which bring the natural daylight into the middle of the house. The first floor extension provided a larger family bathroom built into the new front dormer and a master bedroom with dressing room and Ensuite.
