Two Storey Rear Extension and Loft Conversion

The project provided a large kitchen and separate dining room both rooms having french doors leading out on to the new patio. The extension at first floor provided a dressing room and ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom and increased the size of the two rear bedrooms, the fourth bedroom was located in the loft space with an en-suite shower room and the original bedroom at first floor became a study. A final addition to the project was the metal and glass canopy to the rear of the property extending over the patio.
